Shipping Info: Your policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item got damaged while shipping you will get a full refund including initial shipping cost, given that you provide us a proof of packaging damage (photo etc.). Please contact info@mitsubasa.com in this case.
Return Policy: Following payment your order will be processed and readied for shipment within 7 workdays. Mitsubasa selects the shipping company (Mostly DHL). Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination of the order. Items are shipped from Germany and depending on your location can take 1-3 weeks for US and European (usually only a week) deliveries and about 1-6 weeks for the rest of the world.

You will receive a tracking number from our carrier partner by email. It may take up to 48 hours for any status update to take place. If there has been no update in this time, please contact us at info@mitsubasa.com
